Cooler air will continue to overspread the region tonight behind a departing frontal boundary. Lingering light shower activity will remain possible across the western mohawk Valley through Saturday morning as a weak frontal boundary and lingering upper disturbance continue to affect the area. Improving conditions will then be in store for the region by Sunday as high pressure builds across the area from the southwest. This will allow temps to warm back into the lower to middle 50s under mostly clear skies.
