Warm, moist unstable air extended across the region the morning June 16th, 2008. A cold front approached from the west and moved
into the western sections of central New York during the afternoon. The cold front continued moving eastward and swept across the
area through the early morning hours of June 17th, 2008. Thunderstorms developed along and ahead of the cold front as it
passed through the area.
