Training Schedule

We need YOUR help!! Please share this with anyone that has a general interest in weather and would like to become a trained weather spotter for us. Below are our upcoming Basic Spring SKYWARN training classes. These classes are for beginners or anybody that has a general interest in weather. All classes are free and open to everyone. Their are no age requirements and you do -not- need previous training. We cover the basics of severe weather (thunderstorms, tornadoes, hail, high winds, flash flooding) and preparedness, while training you on how to report severe weather observations to the National Weather Service. If you can't drive to one of our classes that are listed, please consider joining us online for one of the (2) online training classes. ***Check back for updates, especially for the ones listed as TBD.
