The Open House on Saturday, October 30th was an overwhelming success. In fact, it may have been too successful. Over 1,100 people attended, confirming the fact that Western New Yorkers are some of the most weather-wise people around. Fortunately, they are also very patient.

It was a challenge to bring so many people through our facility in one day, and for some visitors the actual tour of the office was too short after a long wait in line. We have learned from our first Open House and plan to improve next year's event, possibly extending the Open House over a two-day period of time.
