Detailed Graphical Forecasts

The National Weather Service issues a detailed forecast called the Revised Digital Forecast (RDF) in a coded format. The RDF,  while very useful to the meteorologist, sometimes has been difficult for other users to understand.

An easier format to understand is graphical. From the map below, you can click on a county and get the current detailed forecast covering the next 7 days. Want to know the forecast dew point or forecast heat index for tomorrow? The Detailed Graphical Forecast has that information and much more in an easy to understand format.
