The heat index is used to describe the apparent temperature by combining the temperature and humidity in a complex formula.
The wind chill is the difference between the actual temperature and the way it feels when factoring in the wind speed.
Relative humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air at a given temperature in comparison to the amount the air could contain at the same temperature.
For the sake of comparison...on the Fahrenheit scale the boiling point of water is 212 degrees and freezing point is 32 degrees. Using the Celsius scale...the boiling point is 100 degrees and the freezing point is 0 degrees.
We generally refer to winds using miles per hour. Mariners use knots for the most part...and hurricanes can be measured in both miles per hour and knots.
