The Wilmington photo gallery was launched in summer 2007, which saw the Ohio Valley encompassed in a significant drought.  Drought relief began in August, as several rounds of showers and thunderstorms moved in, sometimes accompanied by severe weather.  Drought relief continued into late fall and winter, as rains transitioned to several snow events.
