This map shows 90-day departure from normal precipitation.  Much of south central Ohio suffers from deficits of 6 to 10 inches below average since mid April.  In Maysville, Kentucky (about 25 miles southeast of Williamsburg), total precipitation from January 1 to June 30 of 2007 was only 7.60".  This was only 35% of normal precipitation during this period (21.90").
