Additional notes
This thunderstorm over southeast Indiana was not severe, but produced
hundreds of cloud-to-ground lightning strikes. Note that the
National Weather Service only issues warnings for strong wind and hail,
not lightning. Just because the NWS has not issued a warning does
not mean that a thunderstorm should not be taken seriously.
Frequent cloud-to-ground lightning can be extremely dangerous.
