Kroger parking lot, in west Oxford near intersection of Spring Street and Lynn
Street; looking NNE....same expanded view of growing wall cloud, located NNE of
photographer toward Hueston Woods State Park; another funnel quickly formed
above the two lowered appendages in the bottom right of the photo, which
themselves demonstrated a ragged rotation very quickly.

this feature is a funnel cloud, or a rapidly-rotating wall cloud.
In either case, rapid rotation suggests that a tornado may be imminent. |
