This composite reflectivity image shows the highest reflectivity values found at any level in the atmosphere.  This gives an idea of how strong the storm is either at the surface or aloft.  The base reflectivity image actually did not appear much different from the composite, suggesting that the core of the storm had reached low levels.  The photographer in Blacklick actually escaped the brunt of this storm, as golf ball sized hail was reported just to her north in Gahanna (where reflectivity values exceeded 70 dbz - the purple values here).
