There are two columns of the colored dots. The left column indicates the state of the latest available observed stage. The right column indicates the state of the highest stage occurring during the period of analysis.

Neither Flood nor Caution Stage has been met or exceeded.
Caution Stage has been met or exceeded.
Flood Stage has been met or exceeded.
