...HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL DISCUSSION...
A couple of weak weather disturbances lifting north through the Ohio
Valley today will spread rain throughout much of the region. The rains
today will be light and hydrologically inconsequential.
On Tuesday, rainfall is more likely in the western Ohio Valley as a
low pressure system nears the Ohio Valley from the plains. A cold front
is expected to push into the Ohio Valley early Thanksgiving Day. Cold
showers behind the front will persist. Some of these will be snow showers
on Thursday night.
...FLOOD POTENTIAL DISCUSSION...
With no widespread heavy rain in the forecast, no new river flooding
is expected through the week.

The 24-hour rainfall ending at 7 AM EST today was generally light.
It covered portions of Tennessee, eastern Kentucky, western Virginia and
West Virginia. Highest basin average amounts were 0.35 inches or less.
...24-HOUR FORECAST PRECIPITATION USED FOR TODAY'S RIVER FORECASTS...
Basin average amounts of 0.10 inch or less are forecast for most of the
Ohio Valley. No rain is forecast for northern Indiana.
