Hydrologic Prediction Services (AHPS)

The Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Services (AHPS) provides new
graphical and text-based forecast products depicting the uncertainty in
the prediction of hydrologic events, ranging from hours to days or weeks.
AHPS will include, over time, the infusion of current hydrometeorological
& hydraulic science, including distributed hydrological modeling and
dynamic flow routing in major streams & rivers. The NWS Office of Hydrologic
