The tornado occurred at apporoximately 6pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2010.

A zoomed in path of the tornado. The tornado began in Carroll County and crossed into Jefferson County to the north of State Highway 164.   For reference, Columbiana County can be seen in the extreme upper right of the picture.
