 On This Date in central North Carolina Weather History (search)...
A dynamic winter storm produced up to 4 inches of snow across portions of the Triad and the Northern Piedmont on February 13, 2008. At 400 pm Winston-Salem reported cloudy skies and 50 degrees, just four hours later, it was snowing and 33 degrees with 2.7 inches of snow eventually accumulating (Details...). The all time highest pressure record is set in Raleigh when the pressure reaches 31.00 inches on February 13, 1981.
