AFTERNOON. IT WILL ALSO BECOME QUITE WINDY AS SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS 
GUSTS TO NEAR 50MPH ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN EMPIRE REGION OF VIRGINIA...
AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL FOR THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS WEST OF
THE BLUE RIDGE. CONTINUED WINDY ON MONDAY AS WINDS BECOME SOUTHWESTERLY
AND HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN WITH COOLER WEATHER FOR MIDWEEK.
