.DISCUSSION...
A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL LIFT NORTH ALONG THE APPALACHIANS 
SUNDAY INTO MONDAY...BRINGING A GREATER CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND A FEW 
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION. UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN 
STRENGTHEN AND KEEP US IN A RATHER STAGNANT PATTERN...WITH A CHANCE FOR 
AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE 
WEEK. WIDESPREAD WETTING RAINFALL IS NOT EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL 
DAYS. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE ON THE INCREASE WITH VALUES 
AT OR ABOVE 50 PERCENT THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. DISPERSION AND 
VENTILATION WILL BE AVERAGE WITH THE LIMITING FACTOR BEING RELATIVELY 
LIGHT TRANSPORT WINDS.
