AND GENERATING WIDELY SCATTERED LIGHT SHOWERS IN THE MOUNTAINS.
AS THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH SHIFTS WEST ON THURSDAY AND INTO THE 
WEEKEND...LOW LEVEL WINDS BECOME SOUTHERLY...INCREASING MOISTURE 
AND MODERATING TEMPERATURES. THE POTENTIAL FOR SHOWERS AND
