A DEVELOPING COLD AIR WEDGE WILL CREATE POOR VENTILATION AND DISPERSION
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY. WARM AND MOIST AIR OVERSPREADING COLD HIGH 
PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE TO BRING LIGHT WETTING RAIN...ALONG WITH SOME 
SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN...TO THE REGION TONIGHT INTO MONDAY. A VERY STRONG 
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH ON WEDNESDAY...BRINGING RAIN AND GUSTY 
WINDS TO THE AREA FOR CHRISTMAS EVE. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD 
OVER THE EASTERN UNITED STATES WITH FAIR AND SEASONABLE WEATHER 
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
