MAINTAIN WARM AND MUGGY CONDITIONS THROUGH MUCH OF THIS WEEK. 
SERIES OF SHORTWAVES WILL CREATE PERIODIC CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TODAY INTO TONIGHT. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE PASSING ACROSS THE REGION 
ON TUESDAY WILL RESULT IN MORE WIDESPREAD WETTING RAINFALL. WINDS WILL
