A SLOW MOVING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING WIDESPREAD WETTING 
RAINFALL TO THE REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE UNSETTLED WEATHER 
WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE REGION FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS...
KEEPING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE FORECAST 
THROUGH THE FIRST PART OF NEXT WEEK...AS TEMPERATURES BEGIN A 
GRADUAL WARMING TREND. THE COMBINATION OF RELATIVELY LOW MIXING 
HEIGHTS AND LIGHT TRANSPORT WINDS WILL CREATE FAIR TO POOR 
VENTILATION AND DISPERSION THROUGH THE PERIOD. MINIMUM RELATIVE
