New Coastal Marine Zone Splits are Coming on October 2nd 2007

On Tuesday October 2nd 2007 at 1300 coordinated universal time /UTC/...OR 0900 Eastern Daylight Time /EDT/...five new Coastal Waters Marine Forecast Zones will be designated...adjacent to portions of Maine and New Hampshire... from the current Marine Zone named "COASTAL WATERS FROM STONINGTON ME TO MERRIMACK RIVER MA OUT 25 NM" UGC ANZ150. These changes will allow forecasts and short fused warnings issued by the Gray Maine Weather Forecast Office to be more area specific. The new Marine Zones effective October 2nd 2007 are listed below.
