Our main operations area contains five computer workstations. During the course of a day...two to three forecasters are on shift and routine products...such as the zone forecast product or the coastal waters forecast are issued. With significant events...such as a hurricane or severe thunderstorms...four to five forecasters will be on staff at all times.
