Additional notes

Widespread rainfall of 2 to 4 inches fell across the area March 18 and 19, with some locations receiving over 6 inches. This led to widespread flooding across Wilmington's CWA with numerous roads, homes and businesses inundated by high water. Unfortunately the flooding resulted in one fatality in Clinton County.
