Another strong cluster of storms developed along the Ohio River just after noon. These storms eventually evolved into a line, and mainly impacted areas south of the Ohio River in Kentucky as they pushed east. There were a few reports of marginal wind damage and severe hail. The storms also extended flash flooding issues southward, into the areas of Kentucky they passed over.

At 2:12 PM, reflectivity (left) and velocity (right) data indicated a line of strong thunderstorms across parts of southern Ohio and northern Kentucky.
