April 5, 2010 -- Severe Weather


A warm front lifted north across the Ohio Valley during the evening of April 5. The warm front interacted with an unstable atmosphere to produce numerous thunderstorms. Several reports of large hail were received, some up to 2 inches in diameter. In addition, several reports of damaging winds were received across the Miami Valley, including a gas station canopy which was blown over in Eaton.
