February 10 - 11, 2012
Snow Event

An area of low pressure moving across the Great Lakes and northern Ohio Valley combined with an upper level disturbance to generate light snow across the area beginning Friday afternoon, February 10th, 2012. As the low moved east, it dragged an arctic cold front across the region, which helped to enhance snowfall through the evening and into the early morning hours of February 11th. Most of the accumulating snow ended shortly after daybreak on February 11th. Snowfall totals from this event generally ranged between 1 to 2 inches.
