Alberta Clipper Snow Event


On Saturday Evening, January 18th, an Alberta Clipper moved quickly east across the area. Snow spread in from the west late Saturday afternoon and continued through the evening, before tapering off through the early morning hours of Sunday, January 19th. The band of heaviest snow (generally 2-4 inches) fell along and just south of the Interstate 70 corridor, with lesser amounts to the north and south.
