A GROUND SURVEY CONDUCTED BY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE...TOGETHER 
WITH RADAR AND EYEWITNESS REPORTS DETERMINED THAT AN EF-0 TORNADO 
TRACKED FROM NORTHEAST OF STRASBURG TO THE WEST SIDE OF MIDDLETOWN. 
THE TORNADO UPROOTED AND SNAPPED SEVERAL TREES..UNROOFED A POLE 
BARN...AND REMOVED SEVERAL SHINGLES FROM A HOUSE. THE TORNADO 
CROSSED INTERSTATE 81 AND ROUTE 11.
