...SUMMARY...

A GROUND SURVEY CONDUCTED BY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE...TOGETHER 
WITH RADAR DATA AND VIDEO REPORTS DETERMINED THAT AN EF-0 TORNADO 
TRACKED NORTH FROM THE STAFFORD AND PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY BORDER TO 
TRIANGLE.  ALONG THE WAY IT SPORADICALLY UPROOTED AND SNAPPED 
SEVERAL TREES...INCLUDING SOME ON FOREST GREENS GOLF COURSE. SEVERAL 
VIDEOS WERE TAKEN AS THE TORNADO PASSED OVER TRAFFIC ON INTERSTATE 
95 AT RUSH HOUR...THOUGH ONLY LEAF DAMAGE WAS NOTED AT THAT TIME.
