...WINTER STORM WATCH...WARNING...AND ADVISORY SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION 
THRESHOLDS ALONG THE ALLEGHENY FRONT WILL INCREASE EFFECTIVE 10:00 
AM EDT THURSDAY NOVEMBER 4 2010...

AT 10:00 AM EDT THURSDAY NOVEMBER 4 2010...SNOW ACCUMULATION 
THRESHOLDS FOR WINTER WEATHER PRODUCTS ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES ALONG THE ALLEGHENY FRONT IN WESTERN MARYLAND...EASTERN 
WEST VIRGINIA...AND NORTHWESTERN VIRGINIA WILL BE INCREASED: 

ALLEGANY MARYLAND
MINERAL WEST VIRGINIA
GRANT WEST VIRGINIA
PENDLETON WEST VIRGINIA
HIGHLAND VIRGINIA 

FOR THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY PRODUCT ISSUED UNDER THE WINTER 
WEATHER MESSAGE /WMO HEADER WWUS41 KLWX/...THE NEW THRESHOLD WILL BE 
3 INCHES IN 12 HOURS. THE PREVIOUS THRESHOLD WAS 2 INCHES IN 12 
HOURS.

FOR THE WINTER WEATHER WATCH AND WINTER STORM WARNING PRODUCTS 
ISSUED UNDER THE WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE /WMO HEADER WWUS41 
KLWX/...THE NEW THRESHOLDS WILL BE 6 INCHES IN 12 HOURS OR 8 INCHES 
IN 24 HOURS.  THE PREVIOUS THRESHOLDS WERE 5 INCHES IN 12 HOURS OR 7 
INCHES IN 24 HOURS.

THE THRESHOLDS ARE BEING INCREASED DUE TO THE FREQUENCY OF 
OCCURRENCE AND MAGNITUDE OF SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ALONG THE 
ALLEGHENY FRONT...AND HAVE BEEN COORDINATED WITH THE LOCAL EMERGENCY 
MANAGEMENT AGENCIES.
