Looking just upstream at the easternmost sections
of the Adam T. Bower Dam below PA-61. Section 1 was in the process
of deflation at the time of the picture while sections on the
western side were being inflated for inspection.
Looking just upstream at sections 2 (right)
through 7 (far left) of the Adam T. Bower Dam below PA-61.
Sections 2 and 3 were being deflated at the time of the picture
while sections 5 through 7 were being inflated for inspection.
Looking upstream at sections 6 and 7 of the Adam
T. Bower Dam below PA-61. Section 7 (left) was almost fully
inflated, while section 6 was still in the inflation process.
Looking upstream at sections 5 and 6 of the Adam
T. Bower Dam below PA-61 which were nearly inflated at the time of
the picture.
This is the inside of the pump house which is used
to control the inflation and deflation of the 7 sections of the
Adam T. Bower Dam.
