Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina
Low pressure will move northeast near or just offshore the outer banks this evening, then lift northeast of the region through Tuesday. High pressure will build over the area from the north Tuesday and Wednesday. Low pressure will meanwhile develop off the southeast coast Wednesday through Thursday before lifting n/ne of the region Thursday night into Friday.
