NWS Web Widgets Widgets are small embedable pieces of HTML code that allow a user to display dynamic content on their webpage. Widgets allow a webmaster to display the latest information from the National Weather Service directly on their own page, with very little steps involved. In order to install the below widgets, copy the associated code below each widget into your own webpage. Each widget resides in an iframe. Think of an iframe as a window to another webpage. Local Rip Current Forecast This widget provides a constantly updated look at the latest Surf forecast from the National Weather Service office in Newport/Morehead City, NC.
