Area Forecast Discussion - A frontal boundary extended from the Great Lakes to the waters off the middle Atlantic coast early this morning. The boundary is expected to weaken and dissipate today. Meanwhile, another frontal boundary from the north is forecast to drop into New York and New England. The front is expected to stall across that area for tonight and Tuesday before lifting back to the north.
