Doppler radar velocity imagery at 2010Z (410 PM EDT) shows rotational velocity of 35 knots (outbound velocity plus inbound velocity divided by 2) just south of New Castle County Airport.

A tornado warning was issued at this time

Doppler radar velocity imagery at 2019Z (419 PM EDT) shows rotational velocity of 55 knots and is considered a tornadic vortex signature. At this time, the tornado was on the ground with F2 strength in the Industrial park just northeast of New Castle County airport.

A tornado warning has been in effect for eight minutes.

Tree uprooted near entrance to Wilmington Manor Industrial Park off Route 141 and across the street from New Castle County Airport. Tree is lying with top pointed toward WSW; storm motion was almost due north. One of many examples of debris pointing in various directions, an indicator of tornado damage.
