CEILINGS WILL BE VFR BY 15Z. DESPITE THE INCREASE IN MOISTURE LATE 
TODAY INTO TONIGHT...GUIDANCE KEEPS MOST OF THE LOW LANDS LOW END 
VFR...WITH GENERAL MVFR CONDITIONS IN SNOW SHOWERS FOR 
ESPECIALLY THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS ARE FORECAST.
