-Hail Safety-

  • Move indoors immediately. 

  • Stay away from windows

  • Hard topped vehicles offer good protection until the size of the hail reaches golf ball diameter. 

  • Hail rarely causes fatalities, but it is the most destructive element associated with thunderstorms.  Causing ~ $1 Billion damage to property and crops annually.
