INCREASED SUNSHINE AND BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED FOR 
MONDAY. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM PASSING ACROSS THE 
SOUTHEAST STATES THREATENS TO BRING MORE RAIN BY WEDNESDAY AND ESPECIALLY
