.DISCUSSION...
A BRIEF PERIOD OF HIGH PRESSURE WORKS IN OVERNIGHT FROM THE SOUTHWEST
RESULTING IN CONTINUED LOW HUMIDITY BUT LIGHTER WINDS THROUGH EARLY 
TUESDAY. HOWEVER...ANOTHER CLIPPER SYSTEM SHIFT ACROSS THE SHENANDOAH 
VALLEY AND MARYLAND AREA BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS
WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL INCREASE TO 10-20 MPH AND GUSTING TO 30-40 MPH IN THE
AFTERNOON. HIGHER ELEVATIONS ARE GOING TO BE IN THE STRONGER WINDS.

THIS CLIPPER WILL BE MAINLY DRY THOUGH SOME SPRINKLES OR LIGHT SHOWERS
WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA INTO THE ALLEGHANY HIGHLANDS
ALONG WITH SOME INCREASED CLOUD COVER.

FUELS WILL CONTINUE TO DRY OUT THROUGH MIDWEEK. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS
OVERHEAD OR NORTH OF US WEDNESDAY WITH LIGHT WINDS...THEN OFFSHORE
THURSDAY. MOISTURE RETURNS WITH SHOWERY WEATHER ANTICIPATED FOR THURSDAY 
NIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY.
