SHIFTING WINDS FROM THE EAST DURING EARLY AFTERNOON...AND FROM 
THE SOUTHEAST DURING THE EVENING. THIS WINDFLOW WILL DRAW 
ATLANTIC MOISTURE INTO THE AREA...RESULTING IN SCATTERED CLOUDS 
AREAWIDE...AS WELL AS ISOLATED SHOWERS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND 
EVENING FOR THE MOUNTAINS. A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL 
SLIDE NORTH ALONG THE APPALACHIANS SUNDAY INTO MONDAY...BRINGING 
BETTER CHANCES OF SHOWERS AND STORMS...MORE SO FOR THE MOUNTAINS.
