.DISCUSSION...
A COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL BRING A CHANCE 
OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BRING DRY AND HOT CONDITIONS TO THE REGION 
WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE NEXT FRONTAL SYSTEM BRINGS A CHANCE FOR 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BACK TO THE FORECAST FOR THE END OF
THE WEEK. VENTILATION RATES AND DISPERSION WILL GENERALLY BE GOOD 
WITH A TYPICAL DIURNAL BIAS. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL 
INCREASE FROM THE 30S AND 40S TODAY TO NO LOWER THAN 50 PERCENT BY 
THURSDAY.
