AND DRY WEATHER TO THE REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND. TRANSPORT WINDS
WILL BE FROM THE NORTHWEST TODAY AND QUITE BREEZY AT TIMES BUT 
WILL DIMINISH CONSIDERABLY ON SATURDAY AS THE CENTER OF HIGH
PRESSURE APPROACHES. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL REMAIN 
ABOVE 30 PERCENT TODAY AND INCREASE TO MID-30S TO NEAR 40 PERCENT
BY MONDAY.
