MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS UPPER LEVEL TROUGHING WEST 
OF THE APPALACHIANS ALLOWS A SERIES OF WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES 
TO DRIFT TOWARD THE AREA. SPOTTY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE AROUND A 
TENTH OR TWO OF AN INCH WHERE RAINFALL DOES OCCUR. OTHERWISE...EXPECT 
MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES UNDER LIGHT SOUTH SOUTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDS 
THROUGH THE DAY.
