SNOW SHOWERS WILL PASS ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS THIS MORNING...CHANGING TO 
RAIN IN THE WARMER AIR OVER THE SOUTHSIDE...AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM 
PASSES ACROSS THE APPALACHIANS FOR THE COAST DURING THE MORNING AND 
AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN LIGHT. GUSTY 
WEST WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM 
WITH GUSTS RANGING FROM 20 TO 25 MPH...POSSIBLY A FEW 30 MPH GUSTS. 
UPSLOPE SNOW SHOWERS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE DAY IN THE WEST...AND 
WILL END FRIDAY MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE PASSES OVERHEAD. SOUTHERLY 
WINDS WILL RETURN FOR SATURDAY...BRINGING A WARM UP FOR THE WEEKEND.
