REACHING 7 TO 9 FEET TODAY NORTH OF CAPE HATTERAS. THE ROUGH SURF
CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY. SOME MINOR COASTAL FLOODING
IS ALSO EXPECTED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHERN PAMLICO SOUND ACROSS
