HAMPSHIRE. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE
WIDESPREAD WITH AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 6 INCHES POSSIBLE. WHILE THE
RAIN WILL NOT FALL AT EXTREME ENOUGH RATES TO CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING... THE CUMULATIVE EFFECT OF THIS MUCH RAIN OVER THE
