  ITS MODERATE FLODO STAGE OF 8.5 FEET BY EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 9.0 FEET...MAJOR FLOOD STAGE. THERE IS 1 TO 2 FEET OF
  WATER IN HOMES AND VACATION PROPERTIES NEAR WARRENSBURG.  SECTIONS
  OF THE HIGHWAY ARE FLOODED ALONG THE RIGHT BANK OF RIVER MOSTLY
