...A WINTER STORM WILL BRING HEAVY SNOW AND A WINTRY MIX FROM
SUNDAY INTO EARLY MONDAY...

.LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK OUT OF THE SOUTHERN PLAIN ON SUNDAY AND
INTENSIFY AS IT MERGES WITH A SYSTEM MOVING SOUTHEAST OUT OF
CANADA. SNOW WILL START IN NORTHWEST OHIO AFTER MIDNIGHT AND
SPREAD INTO NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA BY DAYBREAK SUNDAY. SNOW WILL
BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO
SUNDAY NIGHT AS THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS NORTHEAST THROUGH
THE OHIO VALLEY. HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO A FOOT ARE
POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHWEST OHIO. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH ON SUNDAY NIGHT WITH SOME BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF SNOW POSSIBLE...MAINLY IN NORTHWEST OHIO AND ALONG
THE LAKESHORE.

WARMER AIR WILL GET PULLED NORTH AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM ON SUNDAY AND MAY CAUSE SNOW TO MIX WITH FREEZING
RAIN OR SLEET...AND POSSIBLY CHANGE OVER TO RAIN ACROSS CENTRAL
OHIO. THE NORTHERN EXTENT OF THE MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL BE HARD
TO PIN DOWN BUT REACH AS FAR NORTH AS A LINE FROM MARION TO
AKRON TO YOUNGSTOWN. ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH OF ICING IS
