MODERATELY STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL OCCUR TODAY AND
TONIGHT ACROSS THE NORTH COUNTRY. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS VERMONT AND ESSEX COUNTY
NEW YORK. THE REMAINING PORTION OF NORTHERN NEW YORK IS IN A WIND

THANKSGIVING MORNING. HIGHEST SNOWFALL TOTALS WILL BE IN CENTRAL
AND EASTERN VERMONT, TAPERING OFF TO THE NORTH AND WEST. RAIN MAY
MIX WITH SNOW AT TIMES IN VERMONT. TRAVEL IMPACTS ARE POSSIBLE,
