* AT 1227 AM EDT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS REPORTED FLOODING WAS
  OCCURRING AROUND THE WALNUT CREEK AREA IN EASTERN HOLMES COUNTY.
  THE WALNUT CREEK HAS RISEN AND IS CAUSING SOME ROAD CLOSURES. WITH
  NO ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AND RUNOFF EXPECTED OVERNIGHT...THE CREEK
  WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THROUGH DAYBREAK. MOTORISTS TRAVELING IN THIS
  PORTION OF HOLMES COUNTY NEAR THE TOWNS OF BERLIN AND WALNUT
  CREEK SHOULD BE ALERT FOR FLOODED ROADS.
