* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF INDIANA AND OHIO...INCLUDING
  THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN INDIANA...DEARBORN...FAYETTE IN...
  FRANKLIN IN...RIPLEY...UNION IN AND WAYNE. IN OHIO...BUTLER...
  CLARK...CLINTON...FAYETTE OH...FRANKLIN OH...GREENE...
  HAMILTON...MADISON...MONTGOMERY...PICKAWAY...PREBLE AND
  WARREN.

* THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON

* AN ADVANCING COLD FRONT WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN
  THROUGH THIS MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THERE IS
  POTENTIAL FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AS WELL AS POSSIBLE TRAINING OF
  THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SAME AREA FOR SEVERAL HOURS. HEAVY RAIN
  IS POSSIBLE OVER AREAS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED FROM 2 TO NEARLY 5
  INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST TWO DAYS...WITH SOIL CONDITIONS
  NEARLY SATURATED IN SOME AREAS.

* THE ARRIVAL OF THE HEAVY RAIN DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE WILL
  POTENTIALLY CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS IN AREAS OF
  HEAVY RAIN.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS, CREEKS
AND OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA.
PEOPLE IN THE WATCH AREA SHOULD KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEATHER AND BE
PREPARED FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD HEAVY RAINS AND FLOODING
OCCUR OR A FLASH FLOOD WARNING BE ISSUED.

OUTLOOK: NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR LATE TONIGHT. SOME OF
THESE COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL AND MINOR FLOODING. A FEW
STRONG STORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE.
HOWEVER WE ARE NOT EXPECTING ANY OUTBREAKS OF SEVERE WEATHER AT
THIS TIME.

HAZARDS: HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL

TIMING: BEST CHANCES FOR STRONG THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL BE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

DISCUSSION: A COLD FRONT FROM THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TO NORTHERN
MISSOURI WILL MOVE TO CENTRAL INDIANA LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

OUTLOOK: THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND AGAIN AT TIMES
THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED. TORRENTIAL RAINFALL PRODUCING LOCALIZED
FLOODING...GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WILL BE CONCERNS
WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM.

DISCUSSION: AN EXITING COLD FRONT WILL KEEP THUNDERSTORM CHANCES
AROUND ON TUESDAY. ANOTHER FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL BRING ADDITIONAL
STORM CHANCES THURSDAY INTO SATURDAY.

APPROACHES FROM THE WEST AND NORTHWEST. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND
LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST EACH DAY THROUGH
THURSDAY...BUT THE BEST CHANCE LOOKS TO BE TUESDAY AS A FRONT
APPROACHES THE REGION. ANY STORM THAT DEVELOPS WILL CONTAIN
