  SUBURBS OF WASHINGTON AND BALTIMORE. A COATING TO AN INCH NEAR
  INTERSTATE 95.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW BY 10 AM THIS MORNING ALONG
  ACROSS THE FAR NORTHERN AND WESTERN SUBURBS OF WASHINGTON AND
  BALTIMORE. RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND POSSIBLY CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY
  NOON ELSEWHERE. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL OCCUR THROUGH 4 PM THIS
  AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TOWARD EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE LOWER TO MID 30S BY MID
  MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTH BECOMING NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS
  AROUND 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS MAY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY...MAINLY
  ACROSS THE FAR NORTHERN AND WESTERN SUBURBS OF WASHINGTON AND
  BALTIMORE. SNOW WILL ALSO REDUCE THE VISIBILITY.

MID ATLANTIC COAST THIS EVENING. THIS WILL RESULT IN A GRADUAL
TRANSITION FROM RAIN TO WET SNOW ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS EARLY THIS
MORNING...WITH SNOW LEVELS LOWERING TO MANY OF THE MOUNTAIN
VALLEY LOCATIONS. A SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATION OF WET SNOW IS
POSSIBLE IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS...WITH LESSER TOTALS ACROSS THE
VALLEYS.

THERE IS STILL UNCERTAINTY IN TERMS OF THE TIMING AND DEGREE OF
