  WITH HIGHEST TOTALS ALONG AND NORTH OF THE RICHMOND METRO
  AREA. ACCUMULATIONS WILL TAPER TO 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SLEET AND
  SNOW OVER SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SECTIONS...WHERE A MORE
  SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATION OF SLEET IS EXPECTED. TRACE AMOUNTS
