FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL DISSIPATE BY 9 AM THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS AND INCREASED TRAVEL
  TIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WILL
SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS OVER MOST OF THE ADVISORY AREA. MOTORISTS ARE
ADVISED TO SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS OR FOG LIGHTS...

ALSO ROUTE 86 WILL HAVE STRETCHES WITH LIMITED VISIBILITY FROM
