...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...
  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County

.  A low pressure system will move eastward today spreading mixed
precipitation across our region. Over the Monongahela and Cheat
River basins, the heaviest precipitation is expected to fall
primarily as rain. Rainfall amounts anticipated at this time
across these river basins are expected to range from 1.00 to 1.75
inches.

These rainfall amounts are sufficient to cause significant rises
along the Monongahela River, resulting in large enough rises to
affect the Monongahela River Parking Wharf.

The river is forecast to rise to near 18.8 feet Thursday early
afternoon.

At 19.0 feet...Water begins to flow onto the North Shore Riverwalk
between the stadiums and put one foot of water on the Monongahela
River Parking Wharf.

* FROM 7 PM EST THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* A STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING WIDESPREAD RAINS AND WARMER
  TEMPERATURES TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. ONE TO THREE INCHES OF
  RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WATCH PERIOD. THIS RAIN COUPLED
  WITH SNOW MELT COULD CAUSE FLOODING OF STREAMS...CREEKS...AND
  RIVERS THROUGHOUT THE REGION.

* SMALL STREAM AND CREEK FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT
  THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING ALONG
